The Cordoba series began with my photographs of a remnant Roman bridge in Cordoba, Spain, referencing ongoing environmental concerns for global water shortages and contamination. These historical remnants are manipulated iPhone images playing with surfaces, textures, and recomposed into abstract and evocative artworks.
A Sydney based artist with a long exhibition history with regional galleries, artist-run galleries, print workshops and artists’ collectives. Currently a member of the Ultimo Project Inc. artists collective in Marrickville, and secretary of the Print Council of Australia.
