Kirsten Castorina is a Sydney-based emerging visual artist who studied art at COFA and TAFE. Her practice centers on sculptural assemblage, exploring how objects can be taken apart and reconstructed in new ways. Driven by an interest in sustainability, consumerism, and material transformation, she works intuitively with reclaimed items and diverse textures to create quietly powerful forms that reflect on personal history and generational memory.
A recent finalist in the Reimagine Art Prize and Defiance Gallery, she has exhibited at Airspace Projects and Armidale Regional Gallery, establishing a distinct mark within the contemporary art landscape.
