A graduate in Fine Art, Canberra School of Art, Adrienne Richards lives in Springwood, Blue Mountains and has a studio at Kil.n.it Experimental Ceramics Studio in Glebe, Sydney. She works across painting, drawing and ceramics, exploring issues around the environment and humans’ place on Earth. Her work is informed by past experiences working in the museum sector, more recent visits into museum collections, painting plein air in the Australian landscape and observations made under the microscope.
Adrienne regularly exhibits her ceramics and drawings and has been a finalist in various Art Prizes including the Meroogal Women’s Art Prize, Muswellbrook Art Prize and the inaugural St Columbas Art Prize.
