One of the works by Amarie Bergman in The Golden Eternity - an experiential 2010 intervention in the Office Project Space at Factory 49 - included a scented minimal sculpture: Essence of The Eternal Matter of The Mind. (In alchemical terms, the black of its convex form signifies individuation.) Black Dot xxx, a 2024 silk velvet version of the same object, honours the uniqueness of Pam Aitken, director of Factory 49 in Sydney / Paris.
I formulate and make reductive art.
