Light Boxes is a modular piece activated by light. The soft clouds of colour reflecting from the sides of the boxes glow and fade in response to the strength and movement of light as well as the movement of the viewer.
I am a Sydney based artist working with light and colour. Factory 49 was a wonderful, light filled space to show large experimental works. There were over 200 Light Boxes in the original Factory 49 work. As Anthony Bond said “quietly astonishing”.
