This work comes from the Skin Contact series made in 2021 that explored skin, touch, and the body through tiles - a form of skin for architecture.
Sophie Kitson is an artist, independent curator, and project-based producer from Sydney living on unceded Gadigal land. Her work explores the body and its relationship to architecture and the wider world; reflecting on the lived experiences and parapsychologies of late capitalism expressed through ceramics, collage, and object making.
