No longer therapy, shopping has turned on us, now the aggressive pest that stalks us, knows our phone number and where we live, even climbs into bed with us, it never sleeps, the pressure never slackens… RESIST
I am a sculptor and painter but my concerns about damage to the earth from consumerism often result in large installations of discarded plastics. I hold a PhD from Sydney College of the Arts: ‘On the Process of Creativity: The use of unconscious thought, and rubbish, in contemporary visual art practice’.
