Untitled `Streamer`, 2024, apps. 28cmx42cm, lacquer on wood
Generally speaking my work focuses on the perception of light (light paints the world), perception per se as well as spatiality.
The series`Streamers`, introduces a play of floating shapes loosely based on a horizontal rectangular `space/shape`. These off-kilter`shapes challenge our traditional boundaries of perception -free of associations- and demand physical and mental interaction.
They are meant to be read as visual instruments...as a tools to to offer an experiential dialogue beyond the perimeters of mere perception - an investigation of possibilities into the realm of light and space as well as one`s
personal involvement.
