My work is concerned with connection and interaction within a group, the awareness of one’s individuality and separateness from others. I am interested in what is revealed and obscured of the genuine self. This body of work aims to explore dual identities of embracing one’s own idiosyncrasies in order to remain authentic to self, and the public persona constructed according to social norms and expectations.
Sydney artist working across multiple art forms through printmaking, sculpture, drawing and painting.
My work explores the way in which humans connect and interact. Exhibiting since 2005 both nationally and overseas, my work is held in private, corporate and institution collections.
