EARTH returns to Articulate Project Space for its fourth annual exhibition, presented during Earth Month (April).
EARTH brings together artists who reflect on our relationship to the planet, as place, as material, as shared ground. In a time marked by environmental change and global uncertainty, the exhibition offers a space to consider how we inhabit, shape and respond to the world around us.
Works in the exhibition engage with environmental concerns both directly and obliquely, tracing connections between landscape, ecology and sustainability, as well as climate, consumption, care, memory and belonging. Together, they reflect on the physical and social systems that structure our environment, and the ways in which these systems are experienced, challenged and reimagined.
Conceptual, political, poetic and material approaches intersect, creating a field of diverse artistic perspectives. EARTH continues to operate as an open platform for dialogue and reflection, one that remains responsive to the urgencies and complexities of the present.
